A detailed discussion about the client's health history, goals, and any specific concerns or conditions they may have. Evaluation of the client's current physical and mental state to tailor the sessions accordingly.

Personalized Yoga Plan

Development of a customized yoga plan designed to address the client's specific needs, whether it's physical rehabilitation, stress management, or overall well-being. Plans include:

Yoga Asana (Postures), Breathing Techniques (Pranayama), Meditation and Mindfulness, Yoga Props and Modifications, Progress Tracking, Homework and Self-Practice, Education and Lifestyle Guidance, Emotional Support and Encouragement.

Follow-Up Sessions

Scheduling of follow-up sessions to track progress, make adjustments to the yoga plan, and address any new developments.
